Q: Will the part you have fit my blind?
A: With out looking at your blind, I could not tell you. To insure you order the proper part...It's best to remove the part from the actual blind you are trying to fix and match it up with one of the pictures.

Q: What size cord do I need?
A: Take a look at the cord size chart. Or send me a sample.

Q: Can I phone in a order?
A: Sorry, no phone orders.

Return Policy

Shipping & handling fees are non refundable.

No returns on cut cordage, wands and cordless shade parts.

All other parts are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Parts must be returned within 14 days. (Return postage is non-refundable)
