The picture shows the stem remove from the carrier body. This is only to help you to identify the part. The part that ships out, is complete and does not have the stem removed. Remove your part and match up exactly to the picture. Black wheels with black gear. To remove the stem, remove the bottom of the carrier body and push the stem into the carrier body. Carriers measures 1 3/4 wide. The stem measures 1 5/8" and the gear is connected to stem.
